OCI Nitrogen is one of the market leaders in nitrogen fertilizers in Europe and the largest producer of melamine worldwide. We have recently been able to add AdBlue to our product portfolio. AdBlue is a solution used in diesel engines to reduce harmful emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx).

Account Manager

Your key responsibilities in this position:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers for chemical commodities
  • Develop new business opportunities in assigned markets/regions
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company strategy and market dynamics
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and production to ensure reliable product delivery and service
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular reporting on sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

We are looking for motivated candidates with at least Bsc level in preferably Marketing, International Business Administration, Business Economics, International Business. You have experience in sales (B to B) and have knowledge of relevant business processes, business steering models and supply chain processes. Knowledge of chemical- or commodity markets is of added value. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English and preferably also Spanish and/or Italian (verbal and written). You have experience in managing relations, negotiating skills, advisory skills, analytical skills and cultural awareness is important. As an Account Manager you are result- and customer oriented, proactive, you take data driven decisions and you have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are willing to travel on a regular basis.
